Effective June. 30, 2015, a probationary faculty member with a teaching assignment who is in the first year of his/her probationary period will be granted a three credit reassignment per academic year or nine-month appointment to pursue non-teaching activities consistent with Article 22 and described in the faculty member’s professional development plan and professional development report. Normally, a faculty member who receives a reassignment under this paragraph will not be assigned additional instruction on an overload basis.
Effective June. 10, 2022, the School Division shall provide the following information to the Association and to TEBA annually as soon as possible after September 30 but no later than the last operational day in December:
2.8.2.1 HSA / WSA / RRSP utilization rates;
2.8.2.2 Most recent School Division financial statement;
2.8.2.3 Total benefit premium cost;
2.8.2.4 Total substitute teacher cost;
2.8.2.5 Total principal / vice principal / Assistant principal allowance cost;
2.8.2.6 Total other allowance cost; and,
2.8.2.7 Notwithstanding the timeline set out in 2.8.2, the full-time assignable hours for a typical full time teacher for each school shall be provided no later than October 31.
Effective June. 14, Effective to the dates determined by subparagraph 2) a) ii) of Appendix XX (MOU on Implementation), CR-05, AS-01, AS-02, and AS-03 and AS-04 Compensation Advisors who perform the duties of positions identified above shall be eligible to receive an allowance to be paid biweekly;
Effective June. 7, 2006 it shall be a continuing condition of employment for any officer hired after that date to refrain from smoking and the use of any tobacco products, except as stated in this section.
Effective June. 1st of each contract year, the bargaining unit shall have the ability to divert wages to pension. The union shall provide the Port a minimum sixty (60) days advance written notice of such diversion. All pension payments shall be made in accordance with Western Conference of Teamsters Pension Trust rules.
Effective June. 30, 2013, no bargaining unit member shall be eligible to move to the Bachelor + 45 column. Any existing bargaining unit members who are on the Bachelor + 45 column as of June 30, 2013 shall be grandfathered and allowed to remain on the column.

4.1 will be revised as follows:
14.4.1 A teacher shall be able to use four days of accumulated sick leave per year for the illness or medical needs of a child, spouse, parent, or other household member.
Effective June. 1, 2020, Stong’s will introduce a dental plan for employees with more than one year of service who work 32 hours or more per week. Stong’s will contribute $0.30/hr worked by such employees to the plan.
