UNEMPLOYMENT AND WORKER’S COMPENSATION. Every Employer who is subject to this Agreement, regardless of the number of persons employed by such Employer, shall obtain coverage under the Worker’s and Unemployment Compensation Acts of the State of Wisconsin.
UNEMPLOYMENT AND WORKER’S COMPENSATION. 15.1 The Employer shall pay the necessary premiums to provide coverage under the State of Colorado Unemployment and Workers Compensation Acts for each of his employees.

If LAET changes the method of providing this coverage from the current payments to the State of Tennessee to insurance, the Union will be notified at least thirty (30) days before the change is to be made and will give the Union the method of coverage to be provided. If LAET becomes self-insured, the Union shall be advised along with the plan for making payments of claims. In the event of termination from employment, LAET will provide the statement of cause as set out in the termination procedure.

Failure to supply such evidence on demand shall be a breach of this contract and the Union may, upon such breach, terminate the contract - it being specifically agreed that this paragraph is not covered by Arbitration under Article X of the Agreement between the Employer and the Union.
