North Forge Covenants North Forge. ● Shall during the Term and any renewal thereof, at its sole cost, keep, repair and maintain the Premises and the Space and Equipment. ● Shall provide the Licensee with free access to all events (except for training events and sessions) provided by North Forge in Xxxxxxxx in accordance with guidelines and procedures established by North Forge from time to time in its sole discretion. ● Shall provide the Licensee with access to all boardrooms in Manitoba owned or leased by North Forge, but based on the location they must be pre-booked by the Licensee in accordance with guidelines and procedures established by North Forge from time to time in its sole discretion.
