Common use of Northern Territory Allowance Clause in Contracts

Northern Territory Allowance. 67.1 An employee in receipt of Northern Territory Allowance on the day prior to the commencement of this Agreement will be eligible to continue to receive the allowance as per PSEM By-law 26 and By-law 49, subject to satisfying the annual review requirements.

Northern Territory Allowance. 67.1 An (a) Subject to satisfying the annual review requirements, an employee in receipt of the Northern Territory Allowance on the day prior to the commencement of this Agreement and from 22 November 2019 will be eligible to continue to receive the allowance as per PSEM By-law 26 and By-law 49, subject to satisfying the annual review requirements.

The applicable rates are contained in Schedule 11.
