Common use of Northern Territory Allowance Clause in Contracts

Northern Territory Allowance. Subject to satisfying the annual review requirements, an employee in receipt of the Northern Territory Allowance on the day prior to the commencement date of this Agreement will be eligible to continue to receive the allowance as per By-law 26 and By- law 49.

Northern Territory Allowance. Subject to satisfying the annual review requirements, an employee in receipt of the Northern Territory Allowance on the day prior to the commencement date of this Agreement 25 September 2018 will be eligible to continue to receive the allowance as per By-law 26 and By- By-law 49.

Northern Territory Allowance. (a) Subject to satisfying the annual review requirements, an employee in receipt of the Northern Territory Allowance on and from the day prior to the commencement date of this Agreement 29 May 2018 will be eligible to continue to receive the allowance as per By-law 26 and By- By-law 49. The applicable rates are contained in Schedule 11. (b) Where an employee who is eligible to receive the allowance under 54.1

Northern Territory Allowance. Subject to satisfying the annual review requirements, an employee in receipt of the Northern Territory Allowance on the day prior to the commencement date of this Agreement will be eligible to continue to receive the allowance as per By-law 26 and By- By-law 49.
