Northwest Jacksonville Business Infrastructure Grant; Amount. The City shall make a NWJEDF Grant to the Company to reimburse Company for actual costs incurred in an amount not to exceed $1,747,090 to fund the construction of the Improvements. The City’s obligation to make the NWJEDF Grant is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Company will pay the costs of the Improvements exceeding the amount of the NWJEDF Grant. Company agrees to perform the Project, the Performance Schedule and the Work in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to the Performance Schedule and Project Budget attached hereto as Exhibit C-2.”
Northwest Jacksonville Business Infrastructure Grant; Amount. The City shall make a business infrastructure grant to the Company in an amount not to exceed $100,000 (the “BIG Grant”) to fund the off-site and on-site infrastructure improvements needed to complete the Project. The types of permitted expenses include, but are not limited to, installation of building infrastructure improvements on the Project Parcel as summarized on in accordance with the respective building code requirements, as more particularly described on Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The City’s obligation to make the BIG Grant is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Company will pay the cost of the infrastructure improvements exceeding the BIG Grant amount. The actual amount of the BIG Grant shall be the lesser of ten percent (10%) of the total project costs as demonstrated by the Company and approved by OED, or $100,000. The total contribution of the BIG Grant and SBDI Loan (defined below) shall be no more than twenty- five percent (25%) of the total project cost.
