Project Parcel means, as the context requires, any of the Blocks (and any parcels into which any such Block has been subdivided).

Project Parcel. The land, together with all required appurtenant easements thereto, which is necessary for the siting, construction and proper operation of the Ammonia Project as described on Exhibit K hereto. More Definitions of Project Parcel

Project Parcel means the Hawthorne Block, the Jefferson Station Parcel, and, if applicable, the Veritable Quandary Property, upon which the Project will be constructed, and any improvements thereon.

Project Parcel means the portion of the Property upon which a Project is located, as indicated, if appropriate, on the plat relating to the Project and as designated in the Project Declaration.
