Northwestern Name. Sponsor shall not use the name of Northwestern, nor any Northwestern faculty member, staff member, employee, or student, or any trademark, service xxxx, trade name, or symbol of Northwestern, in any promotional statement, product, advertising, or news release, unless Sponsor has received Northwestern’s prior written consent. Permission may be withheld at Northwestern’s sole discretion.
