Not to be Construed Against Drafter. The Parties acknowledge that they have had an adequate opportunity to review each and every provision contained in this Agreement and to submit the same to legal counsel for review and comment. The Parties agree with each and every provision contained in this Agreement and agree that the rule of construction that a contract be construed against the drafter, if any, shall not be applied in the interpretation and construction of this Agreement.

Not to be Construed Against Drafter. Purchaser and Seller acknowledge that they have read this Agreement, have had the opportunity to review it with an attorney of their respective choice, and have agreed to all its terms. Not to be Construed Against Drafter. This Agreement is a negotiated document initially prepared by one Party as a matter of convenience; therefore, in the event of any dispute between the Parties, as a matter of law, the provisions of this Agreement shall not be construed against or in favor of either Party solely as a consequence of such Party's preparation, or lack of preparation, of this Agreement or on the ground that either Party is or is not an insurer.
