Common use of Not to Exceed One School Year Clause in Contracts

Not to Exceed One School Year. A leave of absence for a period not to exceed one school year may be granted to non-probationary teachers for personal illness, illness in the family, study, travel, or other reasons deemed adequate by the Superintendent of Schools or designee.
