Common use of Notary Services Clause in Contracts

Notary Services. Employees commissioned by the Secretary of State for the State of California to perform notary services and who are directed to perform notary services on behalf of the City of San Xxxx, shall be compensated at the rate of twenty-five dollars ($25) for each bi-weekly pay period, subject to Departmental approval.
