LICENSE AND INSURANCE. (a) On or before August 1st, Vendor will deliver to the Foundation all of the following:
1. Certificate of Insurance for general liability and food service liability in an amount of not less than $250,000.00 per person and $1,000,000.00 per occurrence naming the COPERNICUS FOUNDATION as an Additional Insured;
2. Evidence of a Certificate of Insurance for Workmen's Compensation liability in the minimum amounts required by law; and
3. Certified copy of Vendor’s valid current Special Event Food Vendor's License issued by the City of Chicago. It is recommended by the City to have more than one certified individual and at least one certified individual should be present at all times during the Festival.
(b) All Certificates of Insurance and Licenses must be valid for and cover the entire period of the Festival.
(c) The cost of all insurance and licenses will be paid entirely by Vendor.
LICENSE AND INSURANCE. The School will maintain all necessary licensing from State of Illinois, Secretary of State, Department of Motor Vehicles and insurance requirements as necessary by law.
LICENSE AND INSURANCE. (a) On or before June 1st, 2023 Vendor will deliver to the GRFF all of the following:

3. Certified copy of Vendor’s valid current Special Event Food Vendor's License issued by the City of Grand Rapids. It is recommended by the City to have more than one certified individual and at least one certified individual should be present at all times during the Fest.
4. All Certificates of Insurance and Licenses must be valid for and cover the entire period of the Fest.
5. The cost of all insurance and licenses will be paid entirely by Vendor.
LICENSE AND INSURANCE. The Company is licensed and approved for doing business in accordance with federal regulations and in the state, county, and/or city of the Services provided. The Company acknowledges and agrees that this information may be subject to verification by the Client prior to the initiation of the Services. The Company shall cooperate fully in providing the Client with requested supporting documentation. The Company shall maintain a policy(ies) of commercial trucking and general liability insurance with limits of liability of not less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) per occurrence and Four Million Dollars ($4,000,000) in the aggregate. All insurance required to be maintained by the Company pursuant to this Agreement shall be maintained with responsible companies qualified to do business, and in good standing, in the state of _______________ [insert state of Company] and which have a rating of at least “A-” in the most current A.M. Best’s Insurance Guide or such similar rating as may be reasonably expected. If the Company cannot or will not provide evidence of the appropriate insurance coverage within five (5) business days of the Effective Date herein, this Agreement shall terminate at that time and any advanced deposit(s) shall be refunded to the Client within five (5) business days of termination.
LICENSE AND INSURANCE. The Company is licensed and approved for doing business in the state, county, and/or city of the Services provided. The Company shall maintain a policy(ies) of commercial general liability insurance with limits of liability of not less than Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) per occurrence and One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) in the aggregate providing coverage for, among other things, damages caused by the Company to the Customer’s property. All insurance required to be maintained by the Company pursuant to this Agreement shall be maintained with responsible insurance companies qualified to do business, and in good standing, in the state of _______________ [insert state of Company] and which have a rating of at least “A-” in the most current A.M. Best’s Insurance Guide or such similar rating as may be reasonably expected.
LICENSE AND INSURANCE. The Company shall be licensed and approved for doing business in the state, county, and/or city of the origination of Services provided. Additionally, the Company shall be responsible for the acquisition of all licenses and/or permits required through state licensing and/or the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT). If the Services provided herein involve interstate transportation of goods, the Company affirms that it is and shall be in compliance with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations covering household goods carriers. The Company shall be insured and/or bonded as to its services. The Company acknowledges and agrees that this information may be subject to verification by the Client prior to the initiation of the Services. The Company shall cooperate fully in providing the Client with requested supporting documentation. The Company shall maintain a policy(ies) of commercial general liability insurance with limits of liability of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) in the aggregate providing coverage for, among other things, professional liability and basic carrier liability coverage. All insurance required to be maintained by the Company pursuant to this Agreement shall be maintained with responsible companies qualified to do business, and in good standing, in the state of _______________ [insert state of Company] and which have a rating of at least “A-” in the most current A.M. Best’s Insurance Guide or such similar rating as may be reasonably expected. If the Company cannot or will not provide evidence of the appropriate insurance coverage within five (5) business days of the Effective Date herein, this Agreement shall terminate at that time and any funds shall be refunded to the Client within five (5) business days of termination.
LICENSE AND INSURANCE. Upon execution of this agreement, the broker agrees that they are fully licensed and insured to act as a real estate broker in the State which this agreement covers. Updated license and insurance information shall be furnished and immediately uploaded through Raine’s Asset Management Portal (“RAMP”). Each LB is required to maintain insurance coverage at a minimum level of: The Listing Broker Requirements: 🞏 Will place their signage on properties. Each sign will include a 4” sign rider directing purchasers to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx 🞏 Will be responsible for complying with all homeowner association (“HOA”) rules pertaining to the property with respect to signage. Any fine amount or violation assessed by the HOA for any sign placed on a property by an LB in violation of HOA covenants or guidelines shall be the responsibility of the LB. In the event that Raine elects to pay any fine on behalf of the LB, the LB shall remit payment as reimbursement to Raine within three (3) days of notice from Raine of said payment. 🞏 Will complete all inspections as directed, including but not limited to: Initial Inspection, Ready to List Inspection, Ready to Close Inspection and Routine Inspections. Inspections to be performed in the mandated time frames. Routine Inspections to be performed biweekly on all active properties. 🞏 Will be responsible for placing a MLS compliant lockbox at each property. Will be responsible for maintaining said lockbox with functioning keys until the sale of the property. Will be responsible for removing said lockbox after sale of property. 🞏 Will possess the necessary equipment , technology and adequate internet service to receive orders and return information to Raine electronically via P260 and RAMP. At a minimum, the LB will have: digital camera, computer with high-speed Internet access, anti-virus software, a business e-mail account and scanner. 🞏 Will provide a designated HUD customer service representative to be available during normal business hours. This person does not need to be a licensed agent or a specific individual. The purpose of this person is to provide information on the HUD sales process to potential buyers and the real estate community. They also must be available to assist any selling agent with an accepted offer with the e-signature process. 🞏 Will be properly licensed to conduct business by local, state and federal agencies.

All insurance required to be maintained by the Company pursuant to this Agreement shall be maintained with responsible companies qualified to do business, and in good standing, in the state of _______________ [insert state of Owner] and which have a rating of at least “A-” in the most current A.M. Best’s Insurance Guide or such similar rating as may be reasonably expected. If the Company cannot or will not provide evidence of the appropriate insurance coverage within five (5) business days of the Effective Date herein, this Agreement shall terminate at that time and any work shall be abandoned and any funds refunded to the Owner within five (5) business days of termination.
LICENSE AND INSURANCE. Before opening for your first event you must supply Wrights Concessions LLC. with a current copy of your Mobile Health License. This should be issued from the county in which you live. If no mobile license, we will need a copy of your temporary health permit from Columbus Board of Health for that event. We will need the same for each event you participate in, or hopefully you can obtain a mobile license from your county and provide a copy. Also you must provide Wrights with a copy of your liability insurance. Limits required are as follows. You need Comprehensive General Public liability insurance with limit not less than 1,000,000.00 for personal/bodily injury to a death of any one person; also 1,000,000.00 for personal/bodily injury to a death of any one person in any accident & 1,000,000.00 for property damage. You must name “Wrights Concessions LLC.”, “BATS”, and the “City of Columbus” as “additional insured” on your policy. As of now you will not be required to purchase any uniform from Wrights Concessions. However, all employees in contact with the public eye, will be expected to be dressed clean and be in accordance with normal health department hygiene guidelines. Prior to operation we will need a copy of the current menu items you plan to sell along with all pricing. If at anytime you need to add items to your menu please check with Wrights Concessions.
LICENSE AND INSURANCE. During the of this Agreement, the tractor shall be operated at all under perinits, and operating authorities of tractor shall be licensed and registered in the joint of the Company and a inember of the bargaining unit for the of licensing and authorities of the Company. However, it is understood and agreed that the transfer of registration of the tractor to Company is for insurance, licensing, operating purposes as aforesaid and it. is thereby to transfer beneficial ownership of the tractor from the of the bargaining unit to the Company.
