WAGES AND SPECIAL PAY. 10.1 Salary Effective June 22, 2014, all salary ranges for employees holding positions in classifications assigned to CAMP shall be increased by approximately 3.0%. This will result in the top and bottom of the range of all classifications represented by CAMP being approximately 3% higher. All employees will receive an approximate 3% base pay increase.
WAGES AND SPECIAL PAY. 10.1 Salary Effective June 21, 2015, all salary ranges for employees holding positions in classifications assigned to CAMP shall be increased by approximately 3.0%. This will result in the top and bottom of the range of all classifications represented by CAMP being approximately 3.0% higher. All employees will receive an approximate 3.0% base pay increase.
10.1.1 In recognition of this three (3) year Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) being reached prior to the adoption of the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 budget, thus providing both the City and employees budget and labor stability for the next three (3) Fiscal Years, effective August 7, 2015, a one-time lump sum non- pensionable payment equivalent to approximately 1% of an employee’s base pay as of June 20, 2015, will be made to full-time employees holding positions in classifications assigned to CAMP. To receive the one-time lump sum non-pensionable payment, a full-time employee must be continuously employed in a CAMP represented position from June 20, 2015, to August 7, 2015.
10.1.2 Effective June 19, 2016, all salary ranges for employees holding positions in classifications assigned to CAMP shall be increased by approximately 3.0%. This will result in the top and bottom of the range of all classifications represented by CAMP being approximately 3.0% higher. All employees will receive an approximate 3.0% base pay increase.
10.1.3 Effective June 18, 2017, all salary ranges for employees holding positions in classifications assigned to CAMP shall be increased by approximately 3.0%. This will result in the top and bottom of the range of all classifications represented by CAMP being approximately 3.0% higher. All employees will receive an approximate 3.0% base pay increase.
WAGES AND SPECIAL PAY. 5.1 Effective October 27, 2013, all salary ranges for employees holding positions in classifications assigned to IBEW (Union Code 070/071) shall be increased by approximately 2%. This will result in the top and bottom of the range of all classifications represented by IBEW being approximately 2% higher. All employees will receive an approximately 2% base pay increase.
5.1.1 A one-time, non-pensionable lump sum payment of $450 shall be provided within two (2) pay periods after October 22, 2013, for full-time employees who were employed in IBEW represented positions on July 1, 2013, and who are still employed in IBEW represented positions effective October 27, 2013.
5.2 The salary steps for all classifications represented by IBEW shall be approximately 2.5% between each step.

This contract expires on June 30, 2013. It is mutually agreed that the first meeting of the parties will be held no later than fifteen (15) calendar days after the City or Association receives notice from the other, which may be any date after January 1 of the year in which the current contract terminates.
