Common use of Notation on Chattel Paper Clause in Contracts

Notation on Chattel Paper. For purposes of the security interest granted pursuant to this Security Agreement, Secured Party has been granted a direct security interest in all Chattel Paper and such Chattel Paper is not claimed merely as Proceeds of Inventory. Upon Secured Party's request, Debtor will deliver to Secured Party the originals of all Chattel Paper. Debtor will not execute any copies of Chattel Paper other than those which are clearly marked as a copy. Secured Party may stamp any such Chattel Paper with a legend reflecting Secured Party's security interest therein.
