Common use of Notes and Tangible Chattel Paper Clause in Contracts

Notes and Tangible Chattel Paper. If Borrower at any time holds or acquires any notes or tangible chattel paper, Borrower will forthwith endorse, assign and deliver the same to Lender, accompanied by such instruments of transfer or assignment duly executed in blank as Lender may from time to time specify.
