Common use of Nothing contained Clause in Contracts

Nothing contained. herein to the contrary shall prohibit Seller from managing its risk management program with respect to Post-Closing periods, including, without limitation, the cancellation or reduction of the amount or scope of insurance coverage with respect to Pre- or Post-Closing periods, in a manner consistent with its reasonable business judgment as applied to the continuing operations of Seller and its Affiliates (other than Holdings and the Companies).
