Common use of Notice and Directions Clause in Contracts

Notice and Directions. Any notice or direction under this Trust shall be in writing and shall be effective when actually received by the Trustee or by a Participating Plan at the address stated in the Participation Agreement or other address specified by notice to the other. Notice may be delivered personally or by facsimile, express delivery, registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested.
