Common use of Notice and Information Rights Clause in Contracts

The Company shall from the date hereof deliver to each Purchaser such information and notices as the Company is required to deliver to the holders of Common Shares of the Company pursuant to the Company's Restated Certificate of Incorporation dated February 18, 1997, as amended, or otherwise.
