Event NotificationThe Contractor shall notify the Battelle Construction Manager or Battelle Contracts Representative immediately of any OSHA-recordable injuries/illnesses, any "off-normal occurrences,” or Government property damaged that the Contractor determines to have occurred in the course of operations onsite and shall furnish such further information as the Battelle Construction Manager or Battelle Contracts Representative may require. An “off- normal occurrence” is any unplanned or unexpected event, or the discovery of a deficiency in a procedure, plan, or system that has real or potentially undesirable consequences to personnel, equipment, facilities, the environment, and/or programs.
Event Notification. CFDA Affiliated Clubs may host CFDA Titled Championships, when available, and will follow the CFDA Guidelines when doing so. Clubs may also conduct club contests, “Try Cowboy Fast Draw” and other demonstrations as they see fit, however, they must have a CFDA
Event Notification. NAC shall provide initial notice to a designated Customer’s representative by telephone, e-mail, pager or comparable notification service within one (1) hour of NAC becoming aware of an event that has caused or may cause an Unscheduled Outage. In the event Customer first becomes aware of such event, Customer shall promptly provide initial notice to NAC via the Network Operations Center (NOC) Number (000) 000-0000. The NOC is staffed 24 x 7 x 365. Items of a non critical nature can also be emailed to the NOC at xxxxxxx@xxx.xxx. All emails to this address will be tracked with a ticket number. Status reports about the event will continue on the hour until either the event has been resolved or both NAC and the Customer have determined a course of action that does not require continued notification.
Event Notification. VeriCenter shall provide initial notice to a designated Customer’s representative by telephone, e-mail, pager or comparable notification service within one (1) hour of VeriCenter becoming aware of an event that has caused or may cause an Unscheduled Outage. In the event Customer first becomes aware of such event, Customer shall promptly provide initial notice to VeriCenter via the Toll-Free Customer Support Number (866) VCENTER. Status reports about the event will continue on the hour until either the event has been resolved or both VeriCenter and the Customer have determined a course of action that does not require continued notification.
Event NotificationParticipating Customers will receive advance notice of curtailment events. Notifications will be delivered a minimum of one (1) hour prior to an event and will include the event start time, duration of event, and event end time. Notifications will be sent to the participating Customer’s designated contact(s) via e-mail, text, voice message, or combination thereof as specified by the Customer. Customers are responsible for insuring contact information is kept current and notifying the Program Manager if any changes are necessary.

Any death that occurs as a result of suspected staff member action or inaction, or any death that is the subject of a recipient rights, licensing, or police investigation. This report shall be submitted electronically within 48 hours of either the death, or the PIHP’s receipt of notification of the death, or the PIHP’s receipt of notification that a rights, licensing, and/or police investigation has commenced to XXXXxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx and include the following information: a. Name of beneficiary b. Beneficiary ID number (Medicaid, ABW, MiChild) c. Consumer I (CONID) if there is no beneficiary ID number d. Date, time and place of death (if a licensed xxxxxx care facility, include the license #) e. Preliminary cause of death f. Contact person’s name and E-mail address 2. Relocation of a consumer’s placement due to licensing issues. 3. An occurrence that requires the relocation of any PIHP or provider panel service site, governance, or administrative operation for more than 24 hours 4. The conviction of a PIHP or provider panel staff members for any offense related to the performance of their job duties or responsibilities. Except for deaths, notification of the remaining events shall be made telephonically or other forms of communication within five (5) business days to contract management staff members in MDCH’s Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities Administration.
Event Notification. Improve Medicaid providersability to effectively treat and coordinate care for Medicaid beneficiaries by alerting providers to admissions, discharges, and transfers of their patients.

The conviction of a PIHP/CMHSP or provider panel staff members for any offense related to the performance of their job duties or responsibilities Notification of these events shall be made telephonically or other forms of communication to contract management staff members in MDCH’s Mental Health and Substance Abuse Administration.
Event Notification. 3.1 Contractor will notify MD Xxxxxxxx within twenty-four (24) hours of a security event, operational event, or interruption, as defined by MD Xxxxxxxx’x Cybersecurity Operations Manual, and accommodate a site visit or virtual meeting with MD Xxxxxxxx Cybersecurity or IT personnel for a security audit to resolve corrective and preventative actions.
Event Notification. VTCT are required to comply with the regulators’ requirements to notify of certain events. VTCT must promptly notify the relevant regulator(s) when it has cause to believe that any event has occurred or is likely to occur which could have an Adverse Effect. An Adverse Effect includes where VTCT believes that there has been an incident of malpractice or maladministration, which could either invalidate the award of a qualifications, which it makes available or could affect another awarding organisation.
