Notice and Recall List. 24 A. Employees who are subject to reassignment or layoff pursuant to the 25 provisions of this article shall receive a notice in writing at least fifteen (15) days prior to 26 such action. The notice shall state the reason for the action and shall further state that 27 the action does not reflect discredit on the employee. The Union will be provided a copy 28 of the notice. 29 B. Employees who are laid off or reassigned between full-time and part-time 30 status will be placed on the recall lists within specialty area, according to seniority.
