Common use of Notice Contacts Clause in Contracts

Notice Contacts. The name or title and address of the person for each party to whom all correspondence, including proposed amendments and other notices, pertaining to the contractual relationship between the parties is set forth on the signature page hereto. Such Notice Contact may be changed by the respective party by delivering written notice to the other party containing the information required for the new Notice Contact as set forth herein and delivered pursuant to the notice requirements contained herein.
