Notice Costs Sample Clauses

The Notice Costs clause defines which party is responsible for the expenses associated with delivering formal notices under the contract. Typically, this clause specifies whether the sender or recipient bears the costs of postage, courier services, or other delivery methods required to provide contractual notices. By clarifying financial responsibility for these administrative expenses, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures that both parties understand their obligations regarding communication costs.
