Notice Agent definition

Notice Agent includes any additional notice agent. The Company or any of its Affiliates may serve as Registrar or Paying Agent. The Company hereby appoints the Trustee the initial Registrar, Paying Agent and Notice Agent for each Series unless another Registrar, Paying Agent or Notice Agent, as the case may be, is appointed prior to the time Securities of that Series are first issued.

Examples of Notice Agent in a sentence

  • The Issuer and the Guarantors shall enter into an appropriate agency agreement with any Registrar, Paying Agent or Notice Agent not a party to this Indenture, which shall incorporate the applicable terms of Trust Indenture Legislation.
