Notice Deadline. Disclosure for any Other Reason. If the Contractor intends to release or disclose the Sensitive Personal Information of an In-home Caregiver for a reason that is unrelated to a particular third party request, the Contractor shall provide written notice to DCYF no less than twenty-one (21) calendar days prior to the intended release date.
