Notice Deadline. a. Within thirty days of entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, the Settlement Administrator shall: - disseminate by U.S. Mail the Short Form Notice in the form of Exhibit B to Settlement Class Members identified on the Class List; - publish the Digital Ad Notice; and, - post the Long Form Notice on the Settlement Website.
