Common use of Notice Deadline Clause in Contracts

Notice Deadline. 1. No later than the Notice Date, HMA and KMA shall cause notice to the Class to be disseminated by U.S. mail, email, and the dedicated settlement website (with a link to the dedicated settlement website from xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxx (for Hyundai Class Vehicles) or xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xxx (for Kia Class Vehicles)). The form and substance of all notices provided by HMA and KMA to Class members shall be subject to prior input and approval from Class Counsel.
