Notice of a Members. Meeting need not be given to any Member who signs a waiver of notice, in person or by proxy, whether before or after the Members' Meeting. The attendance of any Member at a Members' Meeting, in person or by proxy, without protesting prior to the conclusion of such Members' Meeting the lack of notice of such Members' Meeting, shall constitute a waiver of notice by such Member, provided that such Member has been given an adequate opportunity at the meeting to protest such lack of notice.
