  • Notice of Vacancy The notice for a vacancy shall contain: the job title; the salary range if below the present level 31 (Amherst) or 34 (Boston); a description of the position; the bona fide occupational requirements; the shift (where appropriate); the location; the closing date for applications; and, if the position is grant-funded or contract-funded, the termination date of the position, if known. A copy of the notice shall be provided to the Union.

Any Shares withdrawn in accordance with the procedures set forth in this section shall no longer be considered to be properly tendered unless such Shares are re-tendered prior to the Expiration Date in accordance with Article I, Section 2 hereof.

  • Notice of Appointment 15:14 All applicants shall be advised in writing of the outcome of their applications within ten (10) working days after the receipt in the Department of employment of the written acceptance of the position by the successful candidate, and earlier if practicable.
