Provision of Plan to Province. If, pursuant to section I.2.1 (Development of Plan), the Province provides Notice to the Recipient that an Aboriginal Consultation Plan is required, the Recipient will, within the timelines provided in the Notice, provide the Province with a copy of the Aboriginal Consultation Plan.
