Notice of Any Changes. The Judiciary shall notify the Union of any changes in the Judiciary Travel Regulations and will respond to a request for a meeting by the Union to discuss the changes. Any such meeting that may occur is for the purpose of exchanging information and discussing concerns that may exist, but shall not impact on the right of the Judiciary to implement such changes and shall not create an obligation to negotiate over such changes.
