Common use of Notice of Appeal Clause in Contracts

Notice of Appeal. In order to appeal the evaluation rating, the non- probationary Teacher must provide a signed Notice of Appeal to the Superintendent no later than June 15th. If a written Notice of Appeal is not received within this time, then any and all rights to an appeal are waived and the evaluation rating shall be final. The non-probationary Teacher and evaluator shall meet to review the final rating. The Teacher may rescind their Notice of Appeal any time prior to the Review Committee Hearing.
