Notice of Arbitration. If a written response is not transmitted within the prescribed period or if the response is unsatisfactory, the Union may notify the Director of The Centre of its intention to submit the grievance to arbitration within forty-five (45) Days following the receipt of the written response indicated in clause 8.05 or following the end of the response period if no response is made.
