NOTICE OF CANCELLATION, SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 5252 As discussed above, the Water Strider ISA supersedes the Water Strider Interim ISA. Thus, PJM notifies the Commission that the Water Strider Interim ISA, Service Agreement No. 5252, is to be cancelled effective as of October 10, 2019, which is the requested effective date of the Water Strider ISA.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION, SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 3265 As discussed above, the XXX ISA replaces the XXX WMPA, designated as Service Agreement No. 3265, filed with and accepted by the Commission in Docket No. ER12-1454-000, with an effective date of March 2, 2012. See XXX ISA, section 1.0. Thus, PJM notifies the Commission that Service Agreement No. 3265 is cancelled effective as of July 13, 2020, which matches the requested effective date of the XXX ISA.

Student Data includes Meta Data. Student Data further includes “Personally Identifiable Information (PII),” as defined in 34 C.F.R. § 99.3 and as defined under any applicable state law. Student Data shall constitute Education Records for the purposes of this DPA, and for the purposes of federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Student Data as specified in Exhibit “B” is confirmed to be collected or processed by the Provider pursuant to the Services. Student Data shall not constitute that information that has been anonymized or De-Identified, or anonymous usage data regarding a student’s use of Provider’s services.

  • COMMENCEMENT OF WORK UNDER A SOW AGREEMENT Commencement of work as a result of the SOW-RFP process shall be initiated only upon issuance of a fully executed SOW Agreement and Purchase Order.
