Notice of Change Event. The Design-Builder must give the Department written notice of any Change Event within ten (10) calendar days of the date on which the Design-Builder knew, or reasonably should have known, of the Change Event. To the extent available, the notice must state the nature of the Change Event and describe, generally, all changes in the Contract to which the Design-Builder believes it is entitled.
