In the circumstances described in section 2.g of this Master Agreement, the Recipient agrees to provide immediate written notice to the: (1) FTA Regional Counsel for the Region in which the Recipient operates public transportation or implements the Project, (2) FTA Project Manager if the Project is administered by an FTA Headquarters office, or (3) FTA Chief Counsel.
