Notice of Contract Cancellation. (i) The Company agrees to provide the Union with written notice of at least three (3) weeks prior to the effective date of any contract cancellation and the notice will include name(s), seniority, classification(s) and vehicle type(s), and if applicable, any affected Owner Operator(s).
Notice of Contract Cancellation i. When a party terminates the contract, it shall notify the other party in writing.
