Notice of Depletion. Within seven (7) calendar days of when the accumulated amount of fees and Reimbursable Expenses reaches eighty percent (80%) of the not-to-exceed amount(s) set forth above, PMF shall deliver written notice thereof to TFC. Nothing herein shall be construed to require TFC to increase the approved amount(s) established pursuant to this Agreement.
