Notice of Determination. If the claim is treated as an Urgent Care claim, The Plan will provide the Member with notice of the determination, either verbally or in writing, as soon as possible consistent with the Member’s medical exigencies but no later than 72 hours from The Plan’s receipt of the claim. If verbal notice is provided, The Plan will provide a written notice within 3 days after the date The Plan notified the Member.
