Notice of End of Coverage. If this Agreement is cancelled, rescinded or not renewed for any reason described above, Plan shall send a Notice of End of Coverage to Employer Group and all Members. Such notice shall be sent after the date coverage ended, but not later than five calendar days after the date coverage ended.
