Notice of Error in Payment. Except as provided in Section 1.04 of this Exhibit E, if within forty-five (45) days after receipt of SCE’s Payment, Seller does not give SCE Notice of an error in the payment amount or xxxx credit, then Seller will be deemed to have waived any error in the payment.
