  • Reporting and Inspection If you use the Software and/or Services outside the Vendor's Cloud, you are required to purchase Subscription Services in a quantity equal to the total number of Units of that Red Hat Product (including variants or components thereof) that you deploy, install, use or execute as set forth in Appendix 1.   • Audit and Inspection of Records Contractor agrees to maintain and make available to the City, during regular business hours, accurate books and accounting records relating to its Services. Contractor will permit City to audit, examine and make excerpts and transcripts from such books and records, and to make audits of all invoices, materials, payrolls, records or personnel and other data related to all other matters covered by this Agreement, whether funded in whole or in part under this Agreement.   • Audit and Inspection 9.1 The Recipient, without charge, will permit any officer or officers of the Commissioner, external auditing bodies (i.e. National Audit Office or Audit Commission) or their nominees, to visit its premises and/or inspect any of its activities and/or to examine and take copies of the Recipient’s books of account and such other documents or records as in such officers' view may relate to the use of Grant.
