Notice of ICI Event of Default, Servicer Default or Amortization Event and/or Waivers. If the ICI Indenture Trustee shall have actual knowledge of a Servicer Default, an ICF Event of Default, a Lessor Event of Default, an ICI Event of Default or an Amortization Event, the incipient occurrence of any such event with respect to any Series and/or any waiver thereof, the ICI Indenture Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Rating Agencies, if any, the Administrative Agent, the Series Enhancer for such Series, each other Enhancer, the ICI Control Party of such Series, and the ICI Noteholders of such Series. For all purposes of this Indenture, in the absence of actual knowledge by a Corporate Trust Officer of the ICI Indenture Trustee, the ICI Indenture Trustee shall not be deemed to have actual knowledge of any default or event and/or waiver thereof unless notified in writing thereof by ICI, ICF, a Lessor, the Administrative Agent, the Series Enhancer for such Series, the ICI Control Party of such Series, the Servicer, any Enhancer, any ICI Noteholder, any holder of Lessor Notes or any ICF Noteholder and such notice references the applicable Series of ICI Notes generally, ICI, this Indenture, the applicable Supplement, the ICF Indenture and/or the related Lessor Indenture (to the extent applicable) the applicable default or event and/or waiver thereof.
