Notice of Intent to Suspend or Terminate. When the President or representative has reason to believe that a suspension or termination should be imposed, the President or representative will provide the Faculty Member with a written notice of intent to suspend or terminate (“Notice of Intent”) and the reasons therefor. The Notice of Intent will be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested; priority regular mail; electronic xxx@xxx.xxx email; or delivered in person with written documentation of receipt obtained.
