Notice of Non-Reappointment. In the event the Program Director elects not to reappoint the Resident to the Program and this Agreement is not renewed, the Foundation shall attempt to provide the Resident with a minimum of 120 days' (4 months) advance written notice of its determination on non-reappointment; the Foundation is under no obligation, nor may it be held liable for breach of this Agreement if it fails to provide such advance notice.
