Off L27.01.1 When staffing levels are determined, the Board shall issue a notice in writing to the Union as to whether the total number of Teachers employed exceeds the total numbers of Teachers required. Staffing levels will be determined on or before April 15 for the following school year based on projected enrolment for September and in accordance with applicable legislation.
