Common use of Notice of Proposed Assignment Clause in Contracts

Notice of Proposed Assignment. If Licensee desires to enter into an Assignment of this Master License or any Pole License issued hereunder, Licensee shall give written notice (a "Notice of Proposed Assignment ") to City of its intention to do so. The Notice of Proposed Assignment shall provide in detail the terms and conditions for such proposed Assignment and complete information, including financial statements, business history, and references about the Assignee and such other information about the proposed assignee (collectively, "Assignee") as is reasonably requested by City to make a fully informed decision about consent to Licensee's request.
