Notice of Redundancy, Lay Off or Termination. It is understood and agreed that any notice period, including but not limited to notice of lay off, redundancy or termination, under this Collective Agreement or any labour/employment-related statute, includes July and August, or any other non-instructional periods of time between semesters or school years.

  • Notice of Redundancy 2.5.1 A surplus employee cannot be given notice under this clause unless the employee has:
