Notice of Refusal. Upon any refusal to register an instrument of transfer of shares, the Directors shall give written notice of the refusal to the transferor and the transferee and the reasons therefor within ten (10) business days after the date on which the instrument was lodged with the Company.
Notice of Refusal. 39.1 If the Board refuses to register a transfer it shall, within two months after the date on which the transfer was lodged, send to the transferee notice of the refusal together with its reasons for the refusal.
