Notice of Release Due to Inability. Release by the Board under Clause 23.07 will be by notice, or pay in lieu of notice, as follows: (a) where the employee has three (3) months’, or less, service with the Board, a notice period of not less than five (5) working days; (b) where the employee has more than three (3) months’ service with the Board, a notice period of thirty (30) working days; (c) where the employee has more than five (5) years’ service with the Board an additional five (5) working days’ notice for each year of service completed after five (5) years.
