Common use of Notice of Return from Leave Clause in Contracts

Notice of Return from Leave. When the Employee wishes to return to their position, the Employee shall give the Employer advance notice of three (3) weeks. The Employee shall be placed in their former position or, if that position no longer exists, a similar position. If such employment is not available, Article 33 shall apply.
