NOTICE OF SELLER'S INABILITY TO SUPPLY. If, for any reason, Seller foresees -------------------------------------- its inability, or the potential inability, to supply Buyer in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, Seller shall give Buyer prompt written notice of such inability or potential inability. Upon such notice, Seller agrees to use reasonable efforts to assure a continued supply of Product in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
